We will notify you by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use your account after the notified date means you accept the updated terms. You may close your account if you do not agree with the changes.

Yes. Where Indian law grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract — such as certain consumer protection provisions — those rights apply regardless of what these terms say. Eligibility itself depends on local law and is available where local law permits.

Any deposit initiated through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe is subject to both these terms and the specific policies of your payment provider. Once funds clear into your disabar wallet, our standard terms govern how those funds may be used and withdrawn.

You may submit a deletion request through our email support channel. We will act within the timeframe required by applicable Indian law, subject to retention obligations we hold for financial and regulatory record-keeping purposes.

Prohibited conduct includes creating multiple accounts, using automated software to interact with the lobby or games, misrepresenting identity during verification, and any attempt to exploit technical errors. Accounts found in breach may be suspended pending an investigation.
